My sister is 34 years old and her ultrasound result says "the uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogenous myometrium. there are no myometrial masses seen. the cervix is closed and homogenous.the endometrial cavity is dilated to 4.9 cm and filled with multiple cystic spaces of varied sizes and shape. both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and contain follicles. there are no adnexal masses seen in the scan. there is no free fluid in the cul de sac." what does this mean?
