Hi.. My Sister Is29years Old And Is In 31st Week

Hi.. My sister is29years old and is in 31st week of her pregnancy.. She experienced bleeding and doctor prescribed her maintane 5 mg, astymim forte,and combination of ethamsylate and tranexamic acid 250mg each.. However, after the last one got finished, i got her the new one but with an combination of etamsylate and tranexamic acid 250mg etamsylate and 500mg tranexamic acid. I just want to ask if she can take that one or not.. Or is there any side effects of the drug.,as she is in the31st week of her pregnancy. Please let me know..
