Hi, My Son 3 Years Old Had A Fall Yesterday

Hi, My son 3 years old had a fall yesterday and complained that he cannot lift his right hand due to a severe pain in the shoulder area.
we took an x-ray report & the physician confirmed that there is no fracture or such & prescribed Meftal p as a medication.
I'm interested to know how Meftal could help and also any therapy to relax the pain....
