Hi, My Son Had A Dog Bite, And Was Started

Hi,
My son had a dog bite, and was started with vaccination (Rabipur). After 7 days of his fourth dose he developed with fever, and on 9th day severe headache following with fever and vomiting, we reached out to concerned doctor and started treatment for fever. Today is his 5th dose of vaccination but since he has developed throat pain since yesterday our doctor advised not to administer the vaccine and informed to absorve him for two days. Now I am really worried can you please help me out. He is 9 year old someone please help out on what to do next?
