Hi, My Son Has A Couple Of Marks On His

My son has a couple of marks on his stomach that have appeared, one is a circular shape, brownish ring skin colour in the middle, the other is near the same area but smaller similar colour! It's been a few weeks now and they don't appear to be going if anything they have gotten darker, he says they don't scratch.
