Hi! My Son Has Been Running A Little Fever Along

Hi! My son has been running a little fever along with that he has had red, maybe a little bloo, in his stools. He very irritated with his stomach and anus. He anus smells raw and he wakkes up yelling and crying. I have already treated him for pinworms but that doesn't look to be the case. Also both of his eyes are a little red.
