Hi. My Son Has Been Unwell Since Saturday Night With

Hi. My son has been unwell since Saturday night with high temperture and feeling cold. He has a sore throat and is not eating and drinking mush as his mouth hurts. Today I checked his mouth and could see his glands enlarged and saw his epiglottis which I have never seen before. He's is 4in two weeks. Should I take him to A and E. Concerned thank you
