Hi ! My Son Is 14 Yrs And Suffering From

Hi ! My son is 14 yrs and suffering from high fever 102, doctor first gave dolo 650mg at 3pm and later prescribed combiflam which he took at 10.30pm. But yet he is suffering from bery high fever at 1pm. The docyor said it is viral fever. I have also kept icepack to bring his temperature down but again it suddenly rose to 102. Please advise what should I do. He had hot corn soup and some upma for dinner.
