Hi, My Son Is 18 Years Old Circumcised Male And

Hi, My son is 18 years old circumcised male and have been experiencing pain inside of his penis(on the right sight of it) after urination for the past 1 1/2 month. Pain come and goes , lasts for few minutes and does not happen all the time. Rubbing on the effective side is helping with minimizing the pain. I took him to urologist and his urine did not show any blood or infection. After doctor examine him my son was diagnosed with possible prostatitis. He was given pain relief medication for 4 days and Cipro antibiotic for 2 weeks. It have been very minimal improvement. I was wondering if he can apply hydrocortisone 1% cream on his penis outside skin in affected area. Thank you !
