Hi , My Son Is 21 Months Old, Saturday(23rd Jan)

Hi , My son is 21 months old, Saturday(23rd jan) gave his 18 months vaccination QUADROVAX , because of the pain he got fever , but there is no pain now but fever is not in control, we gave him CROCIN DS from saturday but the fever is still 100.7 like that , please suggest what we can give to him and becuase of fever he is not eating anything. can we give antibiotique to him.
