Hi My Son Is 2.5 Years And Complaints Of Stomach

My son is 2.5 years and complaints of stomach pain which lasts for about 5 min and after that he is quite normal . He complains of the same 2 to 3 times in a day . Some times he passes semi solid stool and sometimes normal, but foul smell comes .Pls advice
