My son is 2.5 years old and he is was suffering from fever ,cough and cold 2 days back ..i gave wikronyl 3 times a day and his fever is under control but congestion and phlegm is still there..how amny days can i gove wikoryl?can i give it along with ambrodyl?Again in what dosage
Please let me know the purpose served by below medicines and which is better?
