Hi, My son is 5.10 years old n his foreskin is not going up et all. One of the doctor's suggested to use HHSone cream for 1 month everyday in the night. Please suggest the implications of usage of the cream n what else to do. Is a surgery really necessary or that forceps dilation needed or would it naturally go up ??
