Hi. My Son Is 6. Since Yesterday He Has Been

Hi. My son is 6. Since yesterday he has been releasing a clear mucous discharge in his pants when he farts. He has also been passing alot of stools, about 4-5 a day compared to normally 2. His stools seem a normal consistency, not hard or overly soft. He has not been complaining of any pain. Nor has he had any changes in diet. Please help. Thank you
