Hi, My Son Is Three Years Old And 14.5 Kgs

Hi,

My son is three years old and 14.5 kgs has got throat infection and stomach disorder. Doctor prescribed taxim o, nor metrogyl twice a day.

Fever is not reducing it is reaching 103.5.I have given him meftalp at 9.20pm ist. Can I give the next dose at 2am ist. Continuously we are sponging him but the fever is not reducing. Please advice..
