Hi My Son Was Diagnosed With Eczema At 1 Month

Hi My son was diagnosed with eczema at 1 month of age. After using Aveeno eczema cream (steroid free) he is better but now at 2months of age red patches appeared in skinfolds like under the neck , armpits etc. He scratches his neck and sometimes it bleeds because of his nails. I am putting Nystatin cream in the neckfold twice a day. It seems to help but not completely. it still becomes red on and off. Also if I apply eczema cream in the neckfold it becomes more red sometimes. I am confused what exactly should I apply to the neck fold. I am applying eczema cream to the rest of the body. Is it really eczema?
