Hi My Son Who Is 7 Years Has Stomach Pain

Hi My son who is 7 years has stomach pain had fever since yesterday. Doctor has given him meftal spas for stomach pain and dolo 250 syrup . Since the fever was high he also asked me to start with antibiotics called taxim O Farte. I already gave him 5 ml of dolo at 5 AM and then again 5 ml at 12 PM. Fever is still high. Can I repeat the dolo 250 syrup again now? Please let me know the duration for repeat? His weight is 30 kg.
