Hi , My Son(3 Yrs) Is Having Recurrent UTI After

Hi ,
My son(3 yrs) is having recurrent UTI after checking he was having reflux of grade 4 .he was taking urifast daily in night but from yesterday he is having fever i have done urine routine but it was normal.please tell me whether after taking urifast also if fever comes is anything serious.
