Hi, My Son,3.6 Yrs , Last Night Had Fever 49.0,

My son,3.6 Yrs , last night had fever 49.0, then morning fever come below 46 permanently but started loose motion 3-4 times. He was OKAY and playing around and took light food(with out oil).Yesterday night vomiting started (only water mix with cough).Today early morning when we woke up drunk little water again vomited.
No fever, no loose motion.
What's the reason and shall I take him to doctor ?Or just wait as here atmospheric temperature suddenly clump up to 48(from 42-43 range).
