Hi, My Stomach Hurts In The Middle Of The Night.

My stomach hurts in the middle of the night. It hurts from near under the breast bone to the lower abdomen (everywhere), and I can't seem to sleep because of it. I have to sit up to feel less pain as I can't lie down. I can feel my stomach making noises as well.
I did feel bloated today and my stomach hurt earlier from it but it was fine after dinner.
