Hi, My Uncle Had Surgery To Correct His Lower Eyelid

Hi, My uncle had surgery to correct his lower eyelid that was drooping away from eye. now I think 2 weeks after he tells me he is bleeding from the eye every 5 hours. he is 92 years old and has macular degeneration. he is on aspirin and cholesterol meds. Please advise. Thank you
