Hi, My Wife Had Irregular Period A Year Back And

Hi, My wife had irregular period a year back and after consulting with doctor it got regular periods. And her folicular test shows normal growth from 10th to 16th day. It got ruptured when we checked last year. Just few months back she had irregular period. With doctor advise she took melmet and femilion for 3 months. Then this month she took siphene 100 mg from d3 to d7 and decton 0.5 mg from d3 to d12 and prozynove d8 to d12. Folicular says no egg formed on d12. Why there is no egg formation. As doc advised to have injuction next month but we are not interested in having injuction. Is there a chance of egg formation after few months as we would like to go by nature, And why last year she had no issues in egg ovalation this year she s having issues. Note -siemen test done, no thyroid issues for both. Not so much of other issues as we had all tge test Her parents diebetics.
