Hi, My Wife Has Loos Motion For The Past Two

Hi, My wife has loos motion for the past two days with fever that comes in the evening.
I have given paracetamol and some glucose for managing dehydration but it hasn't helped till now.

Thinking of giving eldoper next but before that if you have additional and something different Could you suggest few medicines to recover from that?
