Hi.. My Wife Is 26 Now, In Recent Days She

Hi.. My wife is 26 now, in recent days she suffered with hard tools and it pains. Met doctors and advised to take cremalax tablets, also fiberlact. Just with fiberlact we are not seeing any good results but the tablet helps. She fully depends on one tablet daily. Will this cause any size effects? We are planning for a baby, Does it have any impact to pregnancy?
