Hi, My Wife Is 34 Yrs Old And She Is

Hi, My wife is 34 yrs old and she is suffering from disease called maningitis tuberculosis, as per doctors infection is also travelled in her spine which caused severe spine infection and due to the same she lost her sensation in the lower limb can't feel urine pressure and not able to move her both legs...please help me here.
