Hi, My Wife Is 5 Month Pregnant In The Anomaly

Hi,
My wife is 5 month pregnant in the anomaly scan they told may small focal intra cardiac echogenic foci noted mildly prominent right renal pelviectasis measuring 3 mm in AP diameter.
they told more scan for 2 second opinion i can go or not please advice..
