Hi My Wife Is 55 And Has Been Diagnosed With

Hi My wife is 55 and has been diagnosed with an over-active Thyroid however she has also been suffering with abdomen and back pains and her stomach is constantly pulsating/ jumping and she says she can feel a small lump there that seems to move about? any advice would be very much appreciated.
