Hi My Wife Is 58 Years Old, A Smoker,very Light

Hi My wife is 58 years old, a smoker,very light drinker- works as a case worker for the state-she has dry scaly lookin skin around her ankle and large blisters on her ankles also she says they are painful what could cause this- she has been on anti depression meds for a long time- thanks, Mark
