Hi, My Wife Is 9 Weeks Pregnant And Her IgM

Hi,
My wife is 9 weeks pregnant and her IgM value is 1.2. My doctor says she has had a recent infection but her IgG test indicates she has 127 iu/ml. Is she really infected by rubella. If Igg antibodies are present then how come she gets infected? Please advise. Thanks
