Hi, My Wife Is Pregnant She Is Starting 6th Week,

Hi,
My wife is pregnant she is starting 6th week, today in the afternoon began to feels some cramps in the abdominal area like menstrual cramps and she described she feels like pulling something into the uterus.
She bleeding a little bit after has urined like pink fluid very soft color.
She is very nervous now is worried. Yesterday she had an ultrasound.
What does it mean this behavior?
