Hi. My Wife Just Had Our 50lb Bedroom Mirror Fall

Hi. My wife just had our 50lb bedroom mirror fall shout 3 feet and hit her on the temple/side of her head. I caught the mirror but I think I was too late to stop the impact. She has numbness and a throbbing raised bump and is talking on phone with her sister to stay awake. She seems coherent and relatively okay/responsive. Pupils seem fine in light. Is there anything we should do?
