Hi. My Wife Was Recommended For Taking AKT4 For 2

Hi. My wife was recommended for taking AKT4 for 2 months and thereafter AKT3 for another 2 months. But we are confused about the dosage of AKT3. each strip has 2 tabs, a red capsule and a white tab. Are we suppose to take both at the same time or differently? Further how many strips are to be taken in a day?
