Hi. My Wrist Is Hurt When I Rotating It. It

Hi. My wrist is hurt when i rotating it. It been 5 days . So i decided to go to the hospital. The doctor just ask me question and didnt bother to do an x-ray. First she ask how i broke my wrist. I said i have no ideas cause it suddenly happen. I suspected maybe i sleep on my hand. She ask question like does it bruised and doesnt even look at it. She ask me to move my hand forward and backward-which i did( and its hurting like hell) . But the doctor said it was fine since i can move it.she said if i cant that mean i have a broken wrist. And she leave that as thats. What that supposed to mean? She didnt bother explain if my wrist is sprain or what. She just send me out. Tell me doc. Should i go for another doctor or just accept it. Im poor and cant afford for x-ray in another hospital. She prescribe methyl salicylate and ibuprofen.
