My physician prescribed me to take a supplement for Vitamin D i.e. Natures bounty 5000iu. I have vitamin D deficiencey. Its less than 15. I am 27 years old and married. We are planning for a baby and so I am using prenatals that contain 400IU of vitamin D3. Can i use both together. Does that effect my fertility or baby to be in any way. Please provide your suggestion on this.
