Hi. Okay, am a bit confused. I have developed a flaky and scab rash on the shaft of my penis ! I am not in any way promiscuous. I have also recently had, and still have, a bit of a bad ear infection. I had a bad case of flu about four weeks ago. I am just wondering if there could be any link ? And what this all could be ? thanks.
