Hi. Okay, My Girlfriend Has Been Having This Painful Cramps

Hi. Okay, my girlfriend has been having this painful cramps that would cause her Lower back to ache Especially on the left side. As if that's not enough, now she has this intensive pain below her navel, to a point she can't walk. What my be the problem? Please help.
