Hi Okay So I've Had Nexaplanon For Almost Two Years

Okay so I've had nexaplanon for almost two years now and had a four week period not normal for me but not I've been bloated sick to stomach and very hungry for all kinds of food all the time am tired a lot and very emotional. I've taken hpt and have came back negative but my lower abdomen is kinda hard and have heard that this birth control can give you a false negative and was wondering if I could possibly be pregnant.
