Hi. On 1/21 I Was Driving To Work And Out

Hi. On 1/21 I was driving to work and out of nowhere had an overwhelming sensation of derationalization, light-headedness, diaphoresis, SOB, was hypertensive (142/86. My normal is 112/70). The derationalization/depersonaliztion and light-headedness have continued intermittently and today I was struck with chest pain that radiates down my left arm. I continually feel as though I am going to faint and grab nearby walls and counters to stabilize myself. Any insight would be appreciated. The 0.25 of Ativan the APNP gave me does nothing but make me feel tired.
