Hi! On3/14/2016, I had lateral lumber interbody fusion at L3,L4. I am very happy with the results. I had severe spinal stenosis. On my post op I found out that the anterior instrumentation or spacer was falling out of the intended disc area. My Dr. suggested a gurtle and not to do anything for 3 more weeks. Any suggestions?
