Hi. Over The Last Few Months I Have Noticed A

Hi. Over the last few months i have noticed a bump on the back left hand side of my skull. Somethimes it aches and rarely i feel a sharp pain in the area. Its hard and feels like part of my skull. Could something like a brain tumor cause swelling that would explain the bump? I am worried for no reason? Thank you.
