Hi. Over The Past Year I've Been Having Some Weird

Hi. Over the past year I've been having some weird symptoms. It started with a swollen groin node, which, while the swelling went down has persistently ached ever since. This comes and goes. Recently I've found myself very out of breath when doing my normal work out [that i've been doing for years.] And sometimes my breathing just doesn't feel right. My "nerves" feel weird. I get random sensations depending on the day, just aches and pains. My gums were very sensitive [the roots] a few weeks ago, and my neck lymphs ached very badly. I have receding gums, but never hurt so bad that I couldn't brush, which is what was happening. Tonight I noticed a swollen lump behind my right ear. It could be a node or a cyst, I guess. It aches, as well. My temp is 99 degrees. I am 27, female, healthy eater, don't smoke, actively exercise.
