Hi. Please Can You Help Tell Me What Is Wrong

Hi. Please can you help tell me what is wrong with me? I have white sores in the inner part of my cheeks,my tongue and it has spread to my throat. And I have rashlike things on my legs hands and bum. My vulva,my nose and eyes are itchy. And I have a severe pain in the lower part of my abdomen.
