Hi,

Previously I was mesomorph and now I am ectomorph, people ask me If am sick, if I hit gym I look normal, say if I quit for a week too back to ectomorph, no much changes in weight which is around 66-68 kgs height of 5'9" bmi is always normal, age-27 years

Your advise on the same will be appreciated
