Hi Recently I Had Cat Scan And My Dr Said

Recently I had cat scan and my Dr said I have scar in my left lung so how can I get rid of that,,,I never smoke in my life I have no idea how it happened just because I am coughing and I can't walk fast I meant I was short in breathing,, I can't take deep breath so they send me for cat scan and they figure out there is scar in my lung so I really worried about that and I don't know I might die soon because of this problem I mean I might lose my lung because of scar,
Please help me
