Hi, Recently When I Took HbA1C Test ,it Shows As

Hi,

Recently when i took HbA1C test ,it shows as 6.5%.But i am not taking any medication.Doing regular exercise and diet.Also my previous values are in the range from 5.9-6.4 respectively.Can i follow the same procedure or do i have to take medication?
