Hi Rynne I would like to get some info I had a fall some time ago and damaged my left knee I have had 4 opps and the problem hasn't been resolvedI am stil having instability with the knee and is somewhat painful a little pain and swollen. it feels stiff and ackward. I am at my wits end as I have had 4 opps on this knee. Mary
