Hi. Several Years Ago, I Noticed A Small (11/2-2 Cm)

Hi. Several years ago, I noticed a small (11/2-2 cm) bump in the middle of my kneecap. There was no pain from it. It moves slightly when touched. In recent months, 2 more have developed, and with them came the intense pain---which can be "massaged" out and walked off---this can happen any time, and it is earth-shattering pain for the 3-5 minutes it takes to gently massage these little lumps around and get some motion going. I was heavily in to sports for 20 years, and have 1000s of tears behind both knees. I am a 41 y.o. female.
