Hi. Since midnight last night, My heart is pounding so hard, slight shortness of breath, I'm nauseas, lightheaded with headache and I have a slight pain in the middle of my chest. I'm starting to freak out. I've been up since 7 am this morning and it's still bothering me. Am I having a heart attack or panic/anxiety attack?
