Hi Sir, I Am 28 Years Old Male, From Last

Hi Sir,
I am 28 years old male, from last 7-8 days I am feeling some abnormal condition in my stomach like I am getting burning sensation in my chest, sometimes it spreading through throat with a sour taste to mouth. I am feeling like gas is getting created at the upper part of my stomach. Kindly suggest me any treatment to recover from this.
