Hi Sir. I am 58 years old, I am a chain smoker, My recent X-ray report suggest
"Right Helium appears bulky/lobulated , suspicious of underlying right hilar lymphadenopathy / mass ? Res of lungs appears unremarkable. Bones appear normal. No evidence of pleural effusion"
CT chest is recommended for further evaluation and to exclude a more sinster pathology.
Sir what does the report suggest?
